1. Agreement and eligibility
By accessing OwlPace, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. You must be at least 16 years old and legally able to enter this agreement. Accounts are invitation-only unless OwlPace makes another signup method available.
2. Your account
Keep your credentials confidential, provide accurate information, and promptly notify us of suspected unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity under your account. Do not share, sell, or transfer access without permission.
The public demo uses temporary sample data and is not a personal athlete account. Demo changes may be reset or deleted at any time, and you must not use it to submit sensitive personal information or attempt to bypass usage limits.
3. Training and health disclaimer
OwlPace provides fitness planning, analysis, and educational guidance. It is not medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, emergency support, or a substitute for a qualified clinician or coach. Exercise carries inherent risk. You remain responsible for deciding whether a workout, adaptation, recovery protocol, or fueling suggestion is appropriate.
Stop activity and seek appropriate medical care for concerning symptoms. Do not use OwlPace to override medical restrictions. AI-generated, provider-derived, and calculated information may be incomplete, delayed, or inaccurate.
4. Connected services and devices
Strava, WHOOP, Intervals.icu, Garmin Connect, Zwift, and other providers are independent services. Their availability, data, permissions, limits, and terms are outside OwlPace’s control. You authorize only the connections you choose and are responsible for reviewing a workout before sending it to or executing it on a device.
5. Acceptable use
- Do not access another person’s account or data without authorization.
- Do not interfere with security, rate limits, infrastructure, integrations, or other users.
- Do not scrape, reverse engineer, redistribute, or commercially exploit the service except where law expressly permits it.
- Do not upload unlawful, harmful, infringing, deceptive, or malicious content.
- Do not use public or social features to harass others or expose sensitive information.
6. Your content and OwlPace materials
You retain rights in content you provide. You grant OwlPace a limited license to host, process, transform, and display that content only as needed to operate, secure, and improve the features you use. OwlPace software, branding, design, and original content remain protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
7. Availability and changes
We may change, suspend, or discontinue features and may impose reasonable usage or integration limits. We aim for reliable service but do not promise uninterrupted access, permanent retention, or continued availability of a third-party API.
Pricing shown before paid launch is a proposal, not an offer to charge your card. Joining a waitlist or reserving a plan does not create a paid subscription. Final price, trial, renewal, cancellation, and refund terms will be shown for confirmation before any payment is collected.
8. Suspension and termination
You may stop using OwlPace at any time and request account deletion. We may suspend or terminate access to protect users or the service, address nonpayment where applicable, comply with law, or respond to a material breach of these Terms.
9. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, OwlPace is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, availability, or non-infringement. To that same extent, OwlPace is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, lost data, lost profits, or injury resulting from reliance on training guidance or third-party services. Rights that cannot legally be excluded remain unaffected.
10. Changes and contact
We may update these Terms and will post the revised version with a new effective date. Continued use after the change becomes effective means you accept the revised Terms. Questions can be sent to privacy@owlpace.com.
